Delete in the app
- Open Pembora and tap Menu.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Read the notice and tap Continue.
- Confirm a second time by holding the Hold to delete button.
You need an internet connection for this step.
What happens next
- Deletion takes effect after 30 days. If you sign in again within those 30 days, the deletion is cancelled and you keep everything.
- After 30 days we delete your save (character, home, items, pem and progress), your in-game name, your linked Google or Apple identity and your device records. This cannot be undone.
- Security access logs and audit records are kept for up to 2 years to meet legal obligations (Turkish Law No. 5651) and are then deleted.

- with the subject “Delete account”,
- from the email address linked to the Google or Apple account you sign in with, or include your in-game name.
We may ask a simple question to make sure the account is yours. We process requests within 30 days, and the same rules as above apply.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Sonra ne olur
- Silme 30 gün sonra gerçekleşir. Bu 30 gün içinde yeniden giriş yaparsan silme iptal olur, her şeyin yerinde kalır.
- 30 günün sonunda kaydın (karakterin, evin, eşyaların, pemlerin ve ilerlemen), oyun içi adın, bağlı Google ya da Apple kimliğin ve cihaz kayıtların silinir. Bu geri alınamaz.
- Güvenlik erişim kayıtları ve denetim kayıtları yasal yükümlülükler (5651 sayılı Kanun) gereği en fazla 2 yıl saklanır, sonra silinir.
