By downloading or playing Pembora you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short.

1. The service

Pembora (“the game”) is provided by Furkan Demirci (FD Mobile App), Türkiye. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• You sign in with Google or Apple. One account belongs to one person: don’t share it, and keep your Google or Apple account secure.
• Accounts, items and pem may not be sold, bought or transferred for money or anything outside the game.
• Your in-game name must not be rude, misleading (for example pretending to be staff) or used to advertise.

3. Fair play

Don’t cheat. In particular, don’t use bots, scripts, modified clients, exploits of bugs or emulator tricks, and don’t create extra accounts to farm pem or items or to get around a ban. If you find a bug, please tell us at [email protected].

4. Be kind: chat rules

• No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual content or spam.
• Never share personal information (yours or anyone else’s): phone numbers, addresses, social media accounts, passwords.
• Don’t try to get around the safe-chat filter.
• Don’t pretend to be a moderator or Pembora staff.

5. Virtual items and pem

Pem and virtual items are a limited licence to use them inside the game. They have no real-world value, are not your property and cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game. We may adjust the game economy (for example prices or rewards) to keep it fair and fun.

6. Purchases

Any purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by the store, under its own refund policy. If a purchase is refunded, the item or pem bought with it may be removed.

7. Moderation and sanctions

To keep everyone safe we review reports and use automatic filters. If you break these rules we may, depending on how serious it is:

• give a warning,
• mute you in chat,
• suspend your account temporarily,
• ban your account permanently and remove items obtained by cheating.

If you think a decision was wrong, write to [email protected] and we will look at it again.

8. Changes and availability

Pembora is a live game: we add, change and remove features, places and items. The game may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes are announced in the app.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

10. Liability

The game is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for loss of virtual items caused by events outside our control, or for what other players say or do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights (such as consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts).

1. Hizmet

Pembora (“oyun”) Furkan Demirci (FD Mobile App), Türkiye tarafından sunulur. Verilerini nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikası’nda anlatılır.

2. Hesabın

• Google ya da Apple ile giriş yaparsın. Bir hesap bir kişiye aittir: paylaşma, Google ya da Apple hesabını güvende tut.
• Hesaplar, eşyalar ve pemler para ya da oyun dışı herhangi bir şey karşılığında satılamaz, satın alınamaz, devredilemez.
• Oyun içi adın kaba, yanıltıcı (örneğin yetkili gibi görünen) ya da reklam amaçlı olamaz.

3. Adil oyun

Hile yapma. Özellikle bot, betik, değiştirilmiş uygulama, hata istismarı ya da emülatör hileleri kullanma; pem veya eşya biriktirmek ya da bir cezayı atlatmak için ek hesap açma. Bir hata bulursan lütfen [email protected] adresine bildir.

4. Nazik ol: sohbet kuralları

• Taciz, zorbalık, tehdit, nefret söylemi, cinsel içerik ve spam yasak.
• Kişisel bilgi paylaşma (seninki ya da başkasınınki): telefon numarası, adres, sosyal medya hesabı, parola.
• Güvenli sohbet filtresini atlatmaya çalışma.
• Kendini moderatör ya da Pembora çalışanı gibi gösterme.

5. Sanal eşyalar ve pem

Pem ve sanal eşyalar sana yalnız oyun içinde kullanma hakkı verir. Gerçek dünyada değeri yoktur, mülkiyetin değildir ve paraya ya da oyun dışı bir şeye çevrilemez. Oyunu adil ve eğlenceli tutmak için ekonomide (örneğin fiyat ve ödüllerde) değişiklik yapabiliriz.

6. Satın almalar

Satın almalar Apple App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve onların koşullarına tabidir. İadeleri mağaza, kendi iade politikasına göre yapar. Bir satın alma iade edilirse onunla alınan eşya ya da pem geri alınabilir.

7. Moderasyon ve yaptırımlar

Herkesi güvende tutmak için bildirimleri inceler, otomatik filtreler kullanırız. Kuralları çiğnersen, durumun ağırlığına göre:

• uyarı verebilir,
• sohbette susturabilir,
• hesabını geçici olarak askıya alabilir,
• hesabını kalıcı olarak kapatabilir ve hileyle elde edilen eşyaları silebiliriz.

Bir kararın yanlış olduğunu düşünüyorsan [email protected] adresine yaz, yeniden inceleriz.

8. Değişiklikler ve erişilebilirlik

Pembora yaşayan bir oyundur: özellik, mekân ve eşya ekler, değiştirir, kaldırırız. Oyun bakım ya da elimizde olmayan nedenlerle zaman zaman erişilemez olabilir. Bu koşulları değiştirebiliriz; güncel sürüm baştaki tarihle belirtilir, önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur.

9. Hesabın sona ermesi

Hesabını istediğin zaman silebilirsin (bkz. Hesap silme). Bu koşulları ağır ya da tekrar tekrar çiğneyen hesapları kapatabiliriz.

10. Sorumluluk

Oyun “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan, elimizde olmayan olaylar yüzünden kaybolan sanal eşyalardan ya da diğer oyuncuların söz ve davranışlarından sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşulların hiçbir hükmü, tüketici mevzuatından doğan zorunlu haklarını sınırlamaz.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici hakem heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemelerine ilişkin zorunlu haklar saklı kalmak kaydıyla İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
